There is a 2TB limit to the capacity of a primary disk within OnApp. However, importantly, there is no limit to the size of a secondary disk.

The misconception that OnApp only supports 2TB of disk is false, you can create up to a 2TB boot disk, and an unlimited secondary/tertiary disk for every VM.

It often makes more sense to keep the boot disk small, however, circa 50GB, especially for snapshot and recovery times, then create a full-sized secondary disk, which can be mounted anywhere within the file system.
